RATION Training Workshop on the Whole Genome Sequencing Tool
The first training workshop of RATION on the Whole Genome Sequencing toll developed by our researchers was held in Paris with the participation of 26 trainees. Joao Saraiva, Gunter Brader, Sotirios Vasileiadis, Valerian Lupo and Stavroula Makri along with Dimitrios Karpouzas, coordinator of RATION, presented the tool, its inputs and outputs, its capacities and how the results could be interpreted in a risk assessment context.
