Hands-on training on Whole Genome Sequencing analysis of microbial pesticides for Environmental Risk Assessment – Brussels 9 October 2026
RATION is organizing the third training workshop with a focus on hand-on training on the the WGS platform that has been developed in the frame of the project. The WGS pipeline developed could analyse the genomes of bacteria and fungi used as plant protection products and provide outputs that could be used as a first tier to direct testing strategy for hazard assesment. The workshop will be organized at the 9th of October 2026, a day after the final dissemination event of RATION, in the Palace of the Academies, Room Bordet, Rue Ducale 1 / Hertogstraat 1, 1000 Brussels.
