Stephan Marette

Stephan Marette is a Director of Research at INRAE. His works focus on labeling, food
regulation and experimental economics. More particularly, he developed methodologies for
integrating experimental results in cost-benefit analysis, detailing the welfare impact of labels,
tax/subsidy mechanisms depending on quality and/or minimum-quality standard. Details on
