Following up on the excellent talk of Rüdiger Hauschild on Decision Trees for microbial pesticides given in the Task Force of Microbials ( https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/09583157.2025.2450414) and the earlier presentation by Anne Steenbergh on Problem Formulation and Pathway to Harm approaches for microbial pesticides Risk Assessment, I have uploaded the respective publications for these two approaches for discussion.

Could we combine these approaches for risk assessment of microbials?

Does the application of these two approaches lead lead to the same outcome?

What information could we derive from whole genome sequencing that could feed on these two approaches?
