Presentation of RATION in HCPA
The coordinator Dr Dimitrios Karpouzas presented RATION to the members of the Hellenic Crop Protection Association in Athens on 12 May 2023. Dr Karpouzas had the chance to present the main goals of RATION and the tools that aims to develop to facilitate the more efficient reach of Low-Risk Pesticides in the EU market. The members of HCPA were particularly interested in microbial pesticides, botanicals and pheromones and their registration process at member-state level and discussed further the high specificity of ds-RNA pesticides and their perception by the EU regulatory system.
